What We Do

Machine selection guidance

We help you decide which machine you require using our product knowledge and the array of technology at our disposal to inform you what best suits your requirements. Mail your requirements and home metrics to info@nannyvac.co.za and we can advize the correct machine for your needs.

Set-up and/or start-up support

Whether remote or in person, we are well equipped to get you operational and with your machine performing to its highest level. If you require a personal set-up and commissioning, kindly mail us on support@nannyvac.co.za and enquire. We Skype, Zoom or WhatsApp call to get you going.

Troubleshooting

Our intensive home-use testing in complex (but real) environments equips us with experience of all the challenges your machine will face. Kindly refer to our FAQs  and Troubleshooting sections in the Support Centre or mail us on support@nannyvac.co.za for help with specific issues/problems. We use all platforms to assist in resolving issues and challenges.

Consumable spares stock held locally

We carry spare side brushes, dust bins, HEPA E-11 filters, spare and upgrade battery packs, mop pads, microfibre mop clothes, water tanks, docking stations with AC power supply and remote control units.

OEM approved distributor

We have the technical support of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and provide a standard 1-year warranty on the main body (chassis). In addition to consumable spares, we also stock critical spares, body panels and complete chassis enabling us to repair and build machines. As of April 2021, we also offer machine servicing (please enquire on support@nannyvac.co.za)
